It's great to work with Lisa. Her research and knowledge tailored with her great understanding of our expectations and priorities worked excellent for us. She is always reachable and provides great alternatives to tricky situations. We had a great experience working with her!

Exceptional agent, professional and always listened to what I said about my needs in a new home, she was always responsive to my inquiries. Due to those qualities she was on point on all my inquiries, recommendations and questions. Lisa has an exceptional knowledge of the local area and local sales trends. Lisa has exceptional negotiation skills which lead to this highly successful purchase. Would recommend her to anyone who wishes to have an exceptional agent who spends the time to get to know you and help you towards a successful sale or purchase. Best agent I have dealt with after many sales/purchases.

As a rule, I do not write reviews. Lisa Clark is the exception to that rule. She is a top-notch realtor with a genuine understanding of her clients and their needs and wants in a home purchase. Her low pressure, friendly and down to earth approach was super comforting for this introvert (who was under pressure to find a place to live). Lisa didn't let me settle for something that I could make do with but persevered with me until I found the house I loved. My under list price purchase in today's market was due primarily to her slick negotiation and stellar communication skills. Thank you, Lisa, so, so much for your help with my home purchase. Your patience, understanding, compassion, dedication and humor made it an experience (yes, a great one!). One that I will not ever forget. Gaining you as a friend is a bonus I was not expecting but am very grateful for. You will always be welcome in my home and have a place to stay should you need one. Thank you again Lisa, from the bottom of my heart. I will recommend you to anyone looking for a realtor.

I typically don't write testimonials but had to take the time to write one for my realtor, Lisa Clark. My sister referred Lisa to me. My sister went house hunting using Lisa many years ago and Lisa had always been very helpful, friendly and professional. I was amazed by the way Lisa handled things for me! I have had bad experiences with realtors in the past and Lisa was the complete opposite. With the housing market so crazy I was very nervous to buy a house. I didn't need to worry, it was an excellent experience! Lisa really listens and goes above and beyond for her clients. She is low pressure, trustworthy, knowledgeable, friendly, and she gets the job done. There was literally no negatives. I got exactly what I was looking for in a home in a short amount of time for a great price all under her guidance. I will use her again if I need a realtor and will refer people who are looking for a great real estate agent directly to her.

We can not even begin to say how happy we are with Lisa. She is an amazing realtor, but also an amazing person, which really mattered to us. We connected with her and felt like she really got us and had our best interests at heart. She pulled off the impossible in this market by getting us into a beautiful house UNDER asking price and with seller concessions! We feel like our family found our dream home and a great investment for our future. We are so grateful to Lisa for making this out of state relocation possible.
  • Buyer review
We truly believe we would not have gotten the house we bought and definitely wouldn't have got it at the price we did without Lisa Clark and her experience. We could not possibly give Lisa a higher recommendation. Extremely pleased with our first and hopefully only home buying experience.
